- A classical Italian savoy, with dark green crinckly leaves and a distinctive pink/red blush in the centre.
- Very striking plant, good for market. Large round heads 5–7 lb. Regional savoy type cabbage from Northern Italy. Mild and pleasant cabbage flavor, young growth can be cut finely and used in salads. Immature flowering stems are cooked like broccoli. Good storage variety, from 2–4 months.
