Lovage Herbs Seeds (Levisticum Officinale)
Young leaves taste like celery and are used in spring tonic salads and with potato, rice, soups, and poultry dishes. Roots and young stems are also edible. Young stems can be cut, peeled, and used in salads. Stems are smooth, hollow and thick.
Medicinal: Aromatic stimulant; warming digestive tonic. Roots have similar activity to "Dong Quai"
Lovage will tolerate either full sun or partial shade, depending on prevailing climate conditions. It grows best in climates where it can receive a full sun.
