Aydin Siyahi Eggplant Seeds ( Solanum Melongena var. Esculentum)
Aydin Syiahi Eggplant popular in the Mediterranean and Black Sea regions. It is a traditional eggplant variety in Turkey. The fruits are long-shaped, cylindrical, pointed, black color and bright appearance.
Fruit is thick-shelled, white soft fleshy, less seed. Fruits are 25-30 cm in length, 4-6 cm in diameter and 200-250 grams in harvest. They can be used as fresh consumption and frying.
The plant is branched, height of 3 to 4 feet and fruits length that can reach 8 to 12 inch with 2 – 3 ½ Inch of diameter.
