Halflange Violette Eggplant Seeds (Solanum Melongena)

Eggplant 'Violetta Lunga' or 'Halflange Violette' ( Solanum melongena ) is an old landrace that gives quite long to medium-length dark purple fruits. It is a decorative plant with a large leaf. The elongated, oval fruits are used in different dishes. The variety is suitable for cultivation in the open ground - in a sheltered and sunny location - but growing in a greenhouse yields a lot more fruit and gives less problems with diseases and pests.
