Mizuna is a Japanese leafy vegetable also known as qian jing shui cai, kyona, Japanese mustard greens, or spider mustard, is a cultivated crop plant from the species Brassica juncea var. japonica a dark green, serrated leafed plant., which grows as a large rosette (head) of finely dissected leaves.
Leaves have a characteristic peppery, cabbage flavour, and are used raw in salads or cooked for stir-fries.
